GreenSquare has been placed seventh in a list of the UK’s top 50 social landlords compiled by leading industry magazine 24housing and the Housing Quality Network (HQN).
In August, 24Housing and the HQN launched a quest to find the UK’s top social housing landlords asking for nominations from housing providers across the country. A panel of expert industry judges decided on who they considered to be the best performing housing providers in the country and compiled a top 50 list, which includes ALMOs, councils, charities and housing associations.
The order of the top 10 was left to a public vote and following that GreenSquare has been named as number seven on the list – thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us!
Overall, judges felt the top 50 showcased the best the sector has to offer. Paul Tennant, Chartered Institute of Housing’s president and one of the judges, said: “What can be seen is a desire and passion to meet the needs and aspirations of a wide range of customers from all organisations irrespective of scale.”
The judges summed up GreenSquare’s work as “strong and innovative on development”.
The full results have been have been published in 24Housing’s latest issue.
