What we collect

When you apply to become a GreenSquare customer we request and hold on file any information necessary to assess your application.

If you provide us with personal information relating to family members or associates, you must do so with their knowledge and their consent.

It is important that you notify us of any changes to your personal information.

We may collect the following information

  • Your name and contact details
  • Detailed personal information such as age, sex, date of birth and other sensitive information
  • Bank details and direct debit information to make payments
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
