GreenSquare is holding the latest round of customer focus sessions this month giving customers the opportunity to have their say on future services.
The friendly and informal sessions will take place in Chippenham, Wiltshire and in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
A range of topics will be up for discussion, including antisocial behaviour, being more accountable to customers and GreenSquare’s new corporate plan.
The popular housing surgeries will also be back, giving customers the chance to talk to GreenSquare colleagues from different areas of the business about any personal issues such repairs, their tenancy, or the local neighbourhood.
The session will take place:
Tuesday 12 November, 6.30pm – 8pm at Café 316, Ladyfield Church, Hungerdown Lane, SN14 0BA

Registration and light refreshments will be from 6pm at both sessions.
Julie Bielby, community involvement manager, said: “We hope to see as many people as possible joining us at these upcoming sessions. They’re always a good opportunity for us to meet some of our customers face to face, sit down together and find out what’s important to them right now. The sessions also allow us to understand the areas where we’re doing well and where we need to be doing better for our customers.”
