We’re recruiting for a new Customer Panel.
Our new Customer Panel is for customers who want to have their say on our services and how we deliver them. We want to understand more about what you think of us – and how we can improve.
We need your help to make words become actions! We’re recruiting for 12 panel members during February and March 2020, and we hope the new group will be ready to start in April 2020.
Rachel Crownshaw, Customer Experience Director, said: “We want to work in partnership with our customers because we recognise we don’t have all the answers. If we work together, we can shape our services in a way that positively impacts lives and communities.”
