GreenSquare's Jet & Whittle development, comprising 18 affordable homes in Podsmead, Gloucester, has been shortlisted for a Gloucester Civic Award.
The development has been shortlisted in the Best Housing Scheme category at the awards, which highlight the ongoing regeneration work in the city.
The Gloucester Civic Awards were last held by Gloucester City Council in 2012 and have seven categories including: best new of improved shop front; best sustainable scheme; most improved public area; and best new building or extension.
John Owen, Development Manager at GreenSquare, said: "It's great to hear that our development has been nominated for this award. The Gloucester Civic Awards aim to inspire pride in the city by recognising buildings or developments that show a high standard of architecture, design and sustainability.
"The new homes stand on the site of the former Jet & Whittle pub, which had been a derelict site for some time and had started attracting vandals and fly-tipping. The 18 homes we've built there - including one adapted property built with a local family in mind - have really enhanced the look of the area as well as providing much-needed housing for local people."
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony next week (18 November).
