GreenSquare's Operations Director, Andrew Smith, is attending Capita's Tenant Engagement Conference this month, where he will be speaking about implementing and sustaining effective tenant-led scrutiny.
The conference, which is taking place in London on 22 May, provides an interactive forum for representatives from housing associations and local authorities to share their best practice ideas on resident involvement.
People attending the conference will have the chance to put their questions to an expert panel, whose organisations are leading the way in tenant scrutiny to increase customer satisfaction and accountability.
Andrew Smith, GreenSquare’s Operations Director, will be a member of the expert panel. He said: “Events like this are a great way to share ideas across the sector and I am looking forward to discussing the approach to co-regulation that GreenSquare has adopted, which has helped us to make a considerable impact on frontline services.
“There is a lot that can be learnt from our resident-led Scrutiny Panel, which we have placed firmly at the heart of performance management – the panel's scrutiny of the organisation's activities has resulted in improvements to the customer feedback process, a reduction in costs related to dealing with antisocial behaviour, and the introduction of energy advisors.”
