GreenSquare residents boost their customer service skills

GreenSquare is running a Customer Service Skills course for its residents this month, designed to help boost participant’s confidence and develop their ability to offer exceptional customer care.

The course consists of eight weekly sessions with a taster session is being held on Tuesday, 22 January in Chippenham.  Further sessions will be taking place in Swindon in February.

Julie Bielby, Community Involvement Officer, GreenSquare commented: “If you’re looking to improve your customer service skills then this is the course for you. As an accredited course, completing it will mean that you have an additional qualification to add to your CV, which could help you if you’re looking for work.

“This is also a great course if you’re looking to boost your confidence and develop your interpersonal skills and will be useful for residents who want to be Residents Inspectors or Neighbourhood Links.”
