Do you live in Gloucestershire? We want to hear your views about how services in the county dealt with the coronavirus pandemic.
The survey is being run by Gloucestershire's Clinical Care Commissioning Group, the NHS, Gloucestershire County Council and One Gloucestershire.
They are keen to hear about your own experience of local services, eg getting advice from your GP practice, accessing community and mental health support or hospital appointments. This is to help them understand how to best meet the future needs of the people living in Gloucestershire.
Please share your views by completing this questionnaire. It should take between ten and fifteen minutes.
The survey will be open until 31 July 2020. A report with the results of the survey will be published on the NHS Gloucestershire CCG website and shared with health and care organisations across the South West.
Alternatively, you can email your suggestions, or any other comment about how the local health and care system is responding to the pandemic to email@example.com.
Volunteering in your local community
One of the best things to come from this crisis has been the people who volunteered their time and skills to help their neighbours and their communities; for this Gloucestershire’s voluntary, community, health and care organisations are incredibly grateful.
Working in partnership with the Gloucestershire VCS Alliance, health and care organisations in the county want to create a positive legacy from the Covid-19 crisis, which could make a radical difference to how the people and communities of Gloucestershire come together.
The partnership want to understand how you would like to continue to support your neighbours, and local voluntary and community groups so that we can maximise the number of volunteers supporting people across the county, while supporting people to volunteer in a way that works best for them.
To share your volunteering experiences, or your views on volunteering in the future, please complete this simple form.
