We have recently reviewed the way we carry out gas servicing and have made the decision to form an in-house Gas Servicing team to make sure that you are warm, safe and happy in your home.
This Gas Servicing team will carry out all annual gas services for customers across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
Because a new GreenSquare team of staff will now be carrying out this work, we will not need to use external contractors Ultra-Warm, helping us to save money – so we can spend more on our services for customers – and provide you with a more flexible and efficient service in house.
This means that your annual gas service will be carried out by a gas engineer from GreenSquare, who will come along to your property in a recognisable GreenSquare van, wearing a GreenSquare uniform, and with a GreenSquare name badge around their necks.
Remember, GreenSquare has a legal duty to service your gas appliances every 12 months. This is a very important check and it makes sure your gas appliances are working safely and efficiently.
As part of our service programme, we will contact you up to two months before your service is due to expire and will write to you with an appointment date offering a morning or afternoon visit. You’ll also receive a text message reminder before the appointment.
It’s important that you let us know if the date and time of your appointment isn’t suitable for you or if you’re not going to be home that day to give us access to your property. Each month we’re unable to carry out on average 30% of our prearranged appointments because the resident isn’t at home to let us in.
