What’s a housing association?

Housing association is a common term for the 2000 or so independent, not-for-profit organisations registered with and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

How do I become a resident?

How do I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent by Direct Debit, at a Post Office, over the Internet, by phone with a debit or credit card, at any “PayPoint”, or through Housing Benefit. Full details are here.

How can I get something repaired?

GreenSquare owns and manages homes for people aged 55 or over; this accommodation provides a safe and secure environment for residents whilst promoting independent living. For more information, click here.
