Applicants or their household members with a history of ASB in the last three years will not be considered, unless there is evidence they have either held a tenancy themselves or have been part of a household that has held a tenancy successfully for a minimum of 12 months immediately prior to application.
  4. Applicants with identified support needs will need confirmation of a continuing support plan, prior to being offered accommodation.
  5. Priority will be given to those in permanent, full-time employment or who are economically active.
  6. We will consider under-occupation of the two-bedroomed flats, subject to a rent affordability check.

The larger town of Royal Wootton Bassett, with its full range of shops and services is about 3 miles away, and Swindon, with its shopping centres and mainline train station, is about 6 miles.
