Download the app which will enable you to pay your bills from your Android, Apple, or Windows smartphone.
Go to https://www.allpayments.net/ and have your payment card and debit or credit card ready. Please quote
your GreenSquare customer reference number.
By phone with a debit or credit card
Call us on 01249 465465; to use our automated payment option, press 1 and you will be transferred to Allpay. (If you don’t chose this option, you will be put through to our contact centre, who will take your payment.)
At any post office or PayPoint
Use your payment card to pay at any post office and wherever you see the PayPoint logo (convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets, and service stations).
Through Housing Benefit
You may be able to claim Housing Benefit from your local council. If you need help with your claim, please contact us on 01249 465465.
Through Universal Credit
You may be eligible to claim Universal Credit. To check details of the how and when this is being rolled out, please check our website or see www.gov.uk/universal-credit. If you claim Universal Credit, remember to regularly check your online journal.
