Sign in (or register) at my.greensquaregroup.com and choose the ‘Make a payment’ button for the account you want to pay. Doing this will take you to another secure web page where your account number will already be filled in.

Download the allpay app which will enable you to pay your bills from your Apple, Android, or Windows smartphone.
Please have your debit or credit card ready when you call. Call us on 0300 111 7000; to use our automated payment option, press 1 and you will be transferred to Allpay.
If you don’t choose this option you will be put through to our contact centre, who will take your payment.
If you want to make regular set payments using your debit or credit card – as an alternative to a standing order for example – please contact us on 0300 111 7000 and we can set this up for you. Once it’s in place you won’t need to call us to make payments.
Use your payment card to pay at any post office and wherever you see the PayPoint logo in convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets, and service stations. (A payment card will be ordered for you automatically when your tenancy is set up. If you haven’t received a card two weeks after your tenancy starts, please call us to order one.)
You may be able to claim Housing Benefit from your local council. If you need help with your claim, please contact us on 0300 111 7000.
You may be eligible to claim Universal Credit. To check details of how and when this is being rolled out see www.gov.uk/universal-credit. If you claim Universal Credit, remember to regularly check your online journal.
