Our phone number is changing

As part of our commitment to improving customer service and making it easier to contact us, we are streamlining our phones numbers. All customers should now call 0300 111 7000 to speak to our customer team.

From January 2022 our old Gloucester, Oxford and Chippenham numbers will no longer be in use.

Contact centre

Our contact centre is open for telephone enquiries Monday to Friday 8am-7pm on 0300 111 7000. Outside of our opening hours, your calls will still be answered by our emergency service.

Telephone calls to and from GreenSquareAccord numbers will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
