Our contact centre is open for telephone enquiries Monday to Thursday 8am-5.30pm, Fri 8am-5pm, on 01249 465465. Outside of our opening hours, your calls will still be answered by our emergency service.
Telephone calls to and from GreenSquare numbers will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We welcome feedback and complaints – if you are not receiving the level of service we promise you, tell us immediately so we can put it right. Due to the impacts of coronavirus, we have needed to temporarily reduce the scope of our services. We are now operating an emergency-only service for repairs and maintenance and only visiting our most vulnerable customers. Most of our team are working from home, some of whom are self-isolating or managing childcare commitments, as is the case for many across the UK. During this period, we will only be investigating complaints relating to our emergency-only service and we kindly ask for your understanding in being flexible with normal response timescales.
