Ceri Victory Rowe

Ceri joined the Board in 2014, and is Vice Chair. She is also Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk committee and the Customer Service Committees.

Ceri has over 20 years’ broad ranging housing sector experience and has held a variety of posts for local authorities, housing associations and the Housing Corporation. She has also worked as a housing academic, and is currently a management consultant specialising in housing association governance. Ceri is also a member of the Regulatory Board for Wales – an independent board providing oversight of, and advice to, the Welsh Government about the regulation of housing associations.

Ceri is an experienced non-executive director, having been Vice-Chair of Elim Housing Association and Chair of GEAR Projects, a homelessness charity in Gloucester. She previously chaired a group overseeing implementation of the supported housing elements of the South West’s Regional Housing Strategy and was a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s South West Committee.

Ceri has an MA from the University of Oxford and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Higher Education Academy.
