Estate warden

£16,884 - £21,756 per annum, dependent on skills and experience + competitive benefits, including healthcare .
Preferably Oxfordshire, however applications are welcome from Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
Permanent
39 hours, fulltime.

This role is to deliver an effective Estate Warden Service which includes:

  • Cleaning and up keep of internal and external communal areas (including carpet and window cleaning).
  • Fire compliance including annual fire risk assessments.
  • Testing and monitoring communal safety systems including CCTV monitoring systems.
  • Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • General awareness of building condition and reporting any concerns.
  • Monitor car parks and open spaces for fly tipping, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles etc.
  • Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service charges accurately reflect the service provided.


As you’ll be travelling across our sites, you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, with a full driving licence, a van is provided for this role.

Housekeeper

£17,586 - £18,597 per annum, pro rata + £750 car allowance + competitive benefits, including healthcare.
Oxfordshire, mainly Oxford, including West Oxfordshire.

To ensure that our schemes for older people are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, we are recruiting a Housekeeper to cover the above area.
With your attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised, you will be responsible for cleaning all communal areas.
You will assist the Community Officer in reporting repairs and managing the schemes in accordance with GreenSquare’s Health and Safety policy.

A friendly and approachable personality is essential to work with this client group because you will be a first point of contact for residents.

As you’ll be travelling across our sites, you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, with a full driving licence and use of a private vehicle.
