Our core purpose is to be a brilliant landlord, providing homes for rent and shared ownership for those who cannot afford to meet their housing needs in the open market.

At GreenSquare, we believe it is important for us to provide good quality existing homes and services – and to build new homes to help meet the housing crisis.

As well as owning and managing over 12,000 properties, we also build new homes for sale to help fund more social homes and to improve services for our customers across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire.

We have been passionate about great places to live for 150 years and we want this to continue, to ensure that future generations can live in a home they can afford.
