 Pay by bank standing order or direct debit

We can set this up for you over the phone, please see the numbers at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can download a direct debit form. Click here if you are a Westlea resident. Click here if you are an OCHA resident. Residents in Gloucestershire need to contact us and we will send out the form.

 

 Pay at any Post Office

 

At any post office in the United Kingdom by cash, debit card, or by cheque, using the payment card that we sent you when your tenancy started.

 Pay using the Internet

Smartphone app – allpay. Download the app that will enable you to pay your bills from your Android, Apple, or Windows smartphone:

 Pay by phone with a credit or debit card

By phone with a debit or credit card.

 Pay at any 'PayPoint'

At any ‘PayPoint’. Use your payment card to pay wherever you see the PayPoint logo (conveniently located in local shops, newsagents, supermarkets, and service stations).

 

 Pay through Housing Benefit

Through Housing Benefit. You can claim Housing Benefit from your local council. If you need help with your claim, please contact us (details at the top of this page).

 

Universal CreditThrough Universal Credit. If you claim, or are eligible to claim, Universal Credit, you can do so online at www.gov.uk/universal-credit. If you need help with your Universal Credit claim, contact us (details at the top of this page).

 Pay through BACS or online banking

Internet. Go to https://www.allpayments.net/ and have your payment card and debit or credit card ready.
