At any post office in the United Kingdom by cash, debit card, or by cheque, using the payment card that we sent you when your tenancy started.

By phone with a debit or credit card.
Please have your debit or credit card ready when you call. Wiltshire residents can use our 24-hour payment line on 01249 466106 (a recorded message will talk you through the process). If you prefer to contact us by telephone to make your payment, our contact details are at the top of the page.
At any ‘PayPoint’. Use your payment card to pay wherever you see the PayPoint logo (conveniently located in local shops, newsagents, supermarkets, and service stations).
Through Housing Benefit. You can claim Housing Benefit from your local council. If you need help with your claim, please contact us (details at the top of this page).
Through Universal Credit. If you claim, or are eligible to claim, Universal Credit, you can do so online at www.gov.uk/universal-credit. If you need help with your Universal Credit claim, contact us (details at the top of this page).
Internet. Go to https://www.allpayments.net/ and have your payment card and debit or credit card ready.
At our office
From the 1 September 2015, we will no longer be accepting cash payments at our offices. If you require a payment card for use at the Post Office or PayPoint, please contact our Customer Services Team on the numbers above.
