"This is the dream!" That's what one of GreenSquare's newest residents, Natalie Cook, said as she moved into her new home.

Natalie and her 9-year-old son have just moved into a new shared ownership property in Chippenham having been renting since Owen was born.

The Farnewell Close development of 13 properties – five of which were available for shared ownership with GreenSquare – has helped Natalie to fulfil her dream, and, with shared ownership, her first step onto the property ladder.

"You can't compare this property with my old one," she said. "This is the first time we have had outdoor space. I'm looking forward to growing vegetables this spring and eating what I've grown... we're so happy now!"
