As part of a development programme that delivers 300 new homes per year through charitable and commercial subsidiaries, GreenSquare is working with Kevin McCloud's company Hab, on a market-leading new approach to housing.
We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to strengthen the financial management of all aspects of our development activities, from land acquisition and scheme design through construction to marketing and sales. Working with senior managers, this is an opportunity to drive change in a complex and rapidly changing environment. You will need the confidence, skills and experience to tackle a wide range of tasks from reporting and analysis, through modelling and planning to setting up financial structures and arranging funding streams. A natural collaborator and can-do person, you will relish the wide-ranging and direct involvement this role offers.
