At any post office
in the United Kingdom by cash, debit card, or by credit card, using the rent payment card that we sent you when your tenancy started.

Download the app that will enable you to pay your bills from your Android, Apple, or Windows smartphone:
By phone with a debit or credit card
Please have your Allpay card and a debit or credit card ready when you call. You can use our automated payment option, press 1. You will be transferred immediately to the Allpay automated payment line.
If you don’t chose this option, you will be put through to our contact centre, who will take your payment .
You can call our 24-hour payment line on 01249 466106 (a recorded message will talk you through the process). If you prefer to contact us by telephone to make your payment, our contact details are at the top of the page.
At any ‘PayPoint’
Use your payment card to pay wherever you see the PayPoint logo (conveniently located in local shops, newsagents, supermarkets, and service stations).
Through Housing Benefit.
You can claim Housing Benefit from your local council. If you need help with your claim, please contact us (details at the top of this page).
Through Universal Credit
Go to https://www.allpayments.net/ and have your payment card and debit or credit card ready.
