GreenSquare Chair

About GreenSquare

GreenSquare Group is looking for a new Group Chair. The role is based mainly in Swindon with a salary of £10k per annum.

With assets of £314 million, a turnover of £46 million and growing, GreenSquare is a pioneering housing group focused on residents, neighbourhoods, and communities; building homes and places where people want to live. Since forming in April 2008, we have already achieved great things and we are looking for someone to take us forward and build on our existing success. Like us, you will be passionate about delivering good quality homes and excellent customer care; and you will understand why the residents of over 10,000 homes – in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire – are at the heart of everything we do.

Possessing a strong customer focus, you will have the drive and enthusiasm to lead us through a period of change, so proven change management skills are essential. A strong leader with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop positive relationships with our many stakeholders, you will be committed to high standards in governance and have an understanding of the environment in which we operate. The likely time commitment is 4 to 5 days per month. With offices in Swindon, Chippenham, and Oxford, we would ideally like our Chair to reside within our area of operation.
