GreenSquare Group is a pioneering housing, regeneration, and social investment agency working throughout Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire and surrounding areas with offices in Swindon, Oxford, and Chippenham.

The Group was formed in April 2008 and includes housing associations Oxford Citizens Housing Association and Westlea Housing; our commercial subsidiary Oakus Estates; and our in-house construction firm Tidestone. GreenSquare works in partnership with Kevin McCloud's company Hab in the joint venture Hab Oakus.

Since we formed the Group in 2008, we have made great progress on the many commitments we made at that time to the residents of our 10,000 homes and all the partners we work with. As well as managing and improving our current homes, we aim to provide a range of market-leading new homes, from social and affordable rent, to market rent, to homes for sale. But above all, we put residents at the heart of everything we do: looking to continually improve the quality of their homes; the services we offer; and the neighbourhoods in which they live.
